Library Service Division

Innovative's Library Service Division is comprised of Customer Services, Implementation and Training Services, and INN-Reach Services. All departments are managed by seasoned professionals who have years of experience working with Innovative systems. Each member within Library Service interfaces with libraries, whether they are Help Desk staff, trainers, implementation consultants, or senior management, depending on the service required. With over 25 years of fine-tuning each area of assistance, Innovative has created a well-designed path to meet every service need.

The staff of the Library Service Division provides project management, training, consultation services, and can be found year-round participating in worldwide Innovative user groups.
